Using GyftBox
By placing or redeeming an order you agree to these terms. You are responsible for making sure the recipient details, personal message and delivery information you provide are accurate.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email. Payment is taken securely at the time of purchase. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Changes to your order
You can edit your order details from the See Your Order page up until the point your order is produced and shipped (or, for digital gifts, delivered). Once an order has shipped or been delivered, it can no longer be changed.
Delivery
We aim to deliver physical GyftBoxes and send digital gifts by the dates shown for your order. Delivery timings are estimates and may be affected by third-party carriers.
Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Because each GyftBox is personalised, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.
